Cay Lacey, MAI, is a partner in the company and a graduate of the University of Nebraska. She holds a Master of Arts degree from UN-L and attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, Illinois. She has been senior commercial appraiser with Wilson & Company. Lacey holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and has served as Candidate Guidance Chairman of the Nebraska Chapter. She has been active in real estate appraisal since 1985 and has been a teacher of real estate appraisal classes as well as commercial review appraiser with the company. Her areas of expertise include commercial properties such as office, retail, and industrial buildings, multi-family properties, motels, nursing homes and residential care facilities, and subdivision analysis. |
