GPA can complete valuations on all commercial properties and for all purposes from office buildings to regional shopping centers. Our commercial staff has the extensive technical expertise and experience to provide reliable and prompt appraisal services on a wide variety of special use properties.

Commercial/retail properties range from small retail shops to large shopping centers, or from convenience stores to specialty restaurants.

Appraisal of new construction is a specialty in itself, and may require market analyses, absorption studies, or other specialized knowledge.

Industrial Properties

Properties from manufacturing to distribution centers and from food processing to hog, beef and poultry production have been appraised by GPA's industrial/special use professionals. Appraisal assignments have included valuing mineral extraction and sand and gravel operations, grain storage and distribution elevators, and complex beef processing centers.

A large data base of sales and rental information is the basis for appraisals of industrial and warehouse facilities throughout Nebraska, Iowa,  and other areas of the nation.

Agricultural Properties

GPA's agricultural specialists have extensive experience in valuing improved and unimproved farmland using all applicable approaches. Our extensive data on farm sales from Nebraska and neighboring states include cropland, pasture, home sites, recreational areas and other specialized agricultural uses.
Our agricultural specialists are experiences not only with farm properties, but have extensive background in other ag-related properties, including grain elevators, feed lots, packing plants, and gravel mining operations.
