Great Plains Appraisal Company is a full service real estate appraisal and consultation company specializing in all phases of valuation and evaluation of real estate. The company serves many areas in Nebraska and adjoining states from its home office in Lincoln. A branch office in Nebraska City serves markets in Southeast Nebraska. The current owners purchased the company, which was formerly called Trampe and Associates Company, in 1991. The parent company was founded in 1969, and has developed into one of Nebraska's leading appraisal companies. One of the first appraisal operations to become completely computerized in 1983, the company was able to capitalize on data management capabilities available to smaller companies only since the advent of the personal computer. We continually update what is one of the largest non-governmental real estate appraisal data bases in the state.
